120 years. Millions of front doors. One idea that hasn’t changed.

By: Garrett Burdick

Home.

Coldwell Banker is marking its 120th year with “Home. Still No Place Like It.” Watching it, I kept thinking about the part of this job nobody puts on a résumé.

Pricing strategy, negotiation and disclosure review are the work. They aren’t the point.

The point is the reunion on the front porch in October. The quiet corner where someone finally exhales. The first night a new place feels like yours.
Markets shift. Rates move. Technology changes how people search. But in 120 years, the reason someone hires a REALTOR® hasn’t changed. They’re trusting you with the place where their life happens.

That trust is why I do this, and it’s why I lead with kindness.

I’m proud to be part of this legacy with Coldwell Banker Realty.
